Customer Sales Support - £30K OTE
We are currently near to releasing another generation of products, and Digital Mail Ltd is seeking an energetic and effective Customer Sales Support to support the Customer Support team and the Distribution team in sales. Reporting to dmClub & Distribution Managers, the successful applicant will be office-based in a key sales role, and can expect to be learning and doing new things as well as the core tasks and responsibilities.
- Basic salary C£20k pa
- OTE earnings within 12 months c30k with no cap on commission
- Bonus scheme (every 4 months)
- 20 days annual leave (going up to 25 for each completed year 3-8)

Key tasks and responsibilities
Customer Service
- Customer Support Office who represents the company by being the first point of contact for customers
- Answering incoming customer telephone calls
- Replying to customer queries by ticketing system
- Establishing information of customer queries
- Resolving and advising on technical problems
- New Customer order processing
- Using an internal helpdesk system
- Escalating complex technical problems
- Customer sales
- Execute outbound campaigns
- Execute inbound sales enquiries
- Achieve outgoing cross-sells to existing customers
- Handle and close on inbound sales leads and enquires for dmClub
- Execute outbound retention calls to encourage renewals and move from direct payments to direct debits.
- Exploring the range of products specific to customers requirements and making recommendations
- Upgrading customer service to more sophisticated products in line with the development of their businesses.

Skills and experience
Essential
- Good IT and Web appreciation and skills. Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- 1-2 years telesales experience, both inbound and outbound, preferably with technical products.
- Excellent telephone sales skills and experience and hunger to succeed.
- Resilient enough to make cold calls and deal with rejection.
- Good self-management skills.
- Ability to understand and use sales management processes and CRM systems effectively.
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Proven track record of successful sales, with evidence
Desirable
Experience in the telecommunications industry
