Digital Mail Ltd is seeking an experienced Dealer Channels Sales Manager with a solid track record in B2B sales to SMEs.

Digital Mail Ltd is a small and growing UK company which has a track record of world first innovations in telecoms. Our 'dmClub' distribution brand sells through our large network of independent dealers. We are near to releasing another generation of products and need a new Sales Manager to work with our network and build sales and income.

Your role will be to support and encourage our dealer network in meeting and exceeding their sales targets. Some are very successful, some will benefit from your help as they seek to grow and/or address particular market segments and products. You will acquire and be allocated dealers, and be responsible for focusing, educating, motivating and assisting them so that they grow their business (and your commission!).  You will also handle new dealer enquiries from our campaigns.

Your sales efforts will be supported by our effective CRM systems and sales pipeline processes. We also have a supportive team who can help you with marketing and product challenges.

The job is based in our office in the City of London. You must have 3-5 years’ sales experience in the IT or telecoms sectors, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. You should be able to work comfortably on your own or in a team and build excellent relations with our dealers to help them (and you) become more successful.

To help our dealers build their capability, you will need a grasp of key concepts in web design and digital marketing.  Some areas of the sale will involve new innovative products so you will have to be a good conceptual seller.

Basic salary C£30K plus commission and quarterly performance bonus.
