Inbound call handling

Digital Mail offers a variety of inbound call handling services, available alongside a wide range of UK geographic and non-geographic number ranges.

Customers simply choose a number, select the services they require, and then pay online. Usage costs are pre-paid via our online portal.


dmConnect12

dmConnect12

dmConnect12 is our simple call forwarding service. Like all GenU "Universal Switch" products it works with VoIP and PSTN, and can be combined with dmCalls12, our outbound calling servive, and dmAnswers14, for human message-taking. With dmConnect12 customers choose an inbound number from any of our number ranges, and set one or more divert destinations using our online controls. When the number is dialled our network will divert the call to the chosen destination number. Customers can then change  divert destinations at any time.

dmSwitchboard12

dmSwitchboard12

dmSwitchboard12 is our flexible virtual switchboard, and is designed for small to medium sized organisations. It supports all the features you would expect from a modern switchboard, including up to 30 extensions, which can be allocated to receptions, teams or individuals. 'Opening hours' are highly congigurable, recorded voice promts can be used, and it can route calls to both VoIP and PSTN destinations.

Simple web 2.0 controls  allow customers to craft call-routing to fit their organisation, and to modify their seitchboard's operation at any time.

dmConnect

dmConnect

dmConnect is the foundation of our call handling services. Customers choose a number from our number ranges, and then use our online portal to set the divert destination. When that number is dialled, our network will divert the call to the customer's chosen destination number. Customers can then change the divert destination at any time.

dmVoice

dmVoice

dmVoice offers the same call diverting service as dmConnect, but adds several features designed to help customers stay in touch. Customers can set several divert destinations, which the service will try in sequence until a call is connected. If none of the divert destinations accepts the call, voicemail messages can be recorded and then sent to the customer's email address as an mp3 file. Worldwide call forwarding is available for a subset of dmVoice numbers, making them perfect for international travellers.

dmFax

dmFax

dmFax allows customers to receive faxes without a fax machine. Faxes are delivered by email in a format of their choice (TIFF, PDF, etc), and a full set of records are available online, through the dmFax web control panel.

ProVoiceOver for dmSwitchboard

ProVoiceOver offers a bespoke recorded message service for that professional touch. dmSwitchboard customers can select from a range of voice styles, create their own message script, and have their messages recorded by a professional voice actor.
